Request Account Deletion

If you would like to delete your Life Group app account and associated data, please follow the steps below. This process will permanently remove your account and cannot be undone.

Steps to Request Account Deletion

  1. Contact the Developer: Send a deletion request through LinkedIn
  2. Include Required Information: In your message, please include:
    • Your request to delete your Life Group app account
    • The email address associated with your account
  3. Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation within 48 hours acknowledging your deletion request
  4. Processing: Your account and data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of the confirmed request

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

Data Retention Period

Immediate Removal: Your account will be deactivated immediately upon processing your request.

Complete Deletion: All associated data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days of your confirmed deletion request.

Backup Systems: Data may remain in backup systems for up to 90 days for technical recovery purposes, after which it will be permanently purged.
